How to make the most of Christmas with your loved ones
As we grow, the concept of Christmas changes. It becomes less about the 'what' and so much more about the 'whom'. Whom we are, whom we love, and who we spend it with.
Thankfully, Christmas is an excuse for many people to gather with their loved ones. Make the most of this precious time by getting to know their story a little more. Here are a few questions to help you make the most of your time together...
What was Christmas Day like for you as a child?

Describe your parents. What were they like? What were their values? What was their parenting style?
Were you rebellious as a teenager or did you follow the rules?

Do any of your children/grandchildren remind you of people from other generations?

Below is me with my Grandparents, Mary and Sydney Reid, at our last Christmas with Pa. He passed away 1 month after these photos were taken. I never had the chance to get to know him, but everybody tells me how similar he and Dad are. Nanna passed away 6 years ago and is the reason I began Kinship Productions. Hers was the first 'story' I recorded and I am so thankful to have her memory captured in film, so I can hear her laugh and remember her personality every time I watch it. I only wish I had Pa's film biography so I could see how similar he and Dad are for myself.
